The second edition of Amore begins with an exciting welcome ride featuring all the event presenters from across the globe!

We invite you with a big hug to join this amazing opening ride celebrating the diversity and community of the Spinning® program with explosive energy and music – in the true Italian way with huge passion and of course that beautiful Tuscan countryside view! 

La seconda edizione di Amore inizia con un’emozionante ride di benvenuto a cui parteciperanno tutti i presenter dell'evento.

Un grande abbraccio al quale ti invitiamo a unirti per questa fantastica ride di apertura che celebra l’unicità e la comunità del programma Spinning® con tanta energia e musica esplosiva – in perfetto stile italiano con grande passione e, naturalmente, con una vista esclusiva sulla meravigliosa campagna Toscana.

Eva, Barbara and Luciana welcome you to start this beautiful day immersing yourself in the landscape and deepening your connection to your senses: touch, see, hear.

Lose yourself and release from everyday stresses as your coaches lead you through the softness and strength of each of these senses. Some days we must have grace and other days we must be fierce and brave. Prepare for a Spinning® experience that will awaken the senses at the deepest levels!

Eva, Barbara e Luciana ti danno il benvenuto per cominciare insieme questa bellissima giornata, immergendoti nel fantastico paesaggio delle colline toscane e attivando la connessione con i tuoi sensi: tocca, vedi, ascolta.

Abbandonati, liberati dallo stress quotidiano e lasciati guidare accogliendo la delicatezza e la forza di ciascuno di questi sensi. Ci sono giorni in cui è necessario avere grazia e altri in cui dobbiamo essere decisi e coraggiosi. Preparati per un'esperienza Spinning® che risveglierà i tuoi sensi ai livelli più profondi!

WS 01 - KATANA: SPINNING® AND YOGA (RIDE + YOGA PRACTICE) – ANDREA BERTINO (ITALIAN)

The path of the Samurai who had no past…

What do you want to do with mastery of the art of the sword if your wrists tremble on the battlefield? Today it is normal.

But when you ride a Spinner® bike for the first time you can't imagine the journey that awaits you after the first single pedal stroke.

Some elements of the Spinning® program come from oriental disciplines and make it possible and Yoga is one of these. You could struggle to believe in it, but each Spinning® instructor has to be able to lead his students or helping them to find their self-determination, understanding it immediately.

That's why Spinning®, Yoga, the art of the Japanese sword and neuroscience become indispensable tools for personal improvement. An inner journey to return to the heart or simply stay.

Come puoi padroneggiare l’arte della spada se i tuoi polsi tremano sul campo di battaglia?

Oggi può sembrare normale ma quando sali per la prima volta su una Spinner® bike ancora non immagini il viaggio che ti aspetta, partendo da una singola pedalata. Questo è possibile grazie ad alcuni elementi del programma Spinning® che provengono da discipline orientali.

Uno di questi è la pratica dello Yoga. Che tu ci creda o no, ogni istruttore di Spinning® dovrebbe essere a volte un ago, a volte un filo per i propri studenti. E saperlo riconoscere.

Ecco perché lo Spinning®, lo Yoga, l'arte della spada giapponese e le neuroscienze diventano uno strumento indispensabile per il miglioramento personale.

Un viaggio interiore per tornare al cuore. O restarci.

WS 02- FACE TO FACE: POWER VS. HEART RATE (LECTURE) – EVA GARCIA (ENGLISH)

Science and technology are constantly advancing and this means that we have more tools and measurement systems that allow us to evolve our training.

Learn the importance and value of both power and heart rate and understanding how they work together for the most beneficial training outcomes.

La scienza e la tecnologia sono in costante progresso. Questo significa che abbiamo più strumenti e più sistemi di misurazione che consentono l’evoluzione della nostra formazione.

Impara apprendi l'importanza e il valore sia della potenza che della frequenza cardiaca e capisci comprendi come lavorano insieme per ottenere risultati di allenamento più vantaggiosi.

WS 03 -AMORE, MUSIC CONCEPT – FRANCESCO SIVIERI & RODRIGO VILCHES RIUMALLÒ

Music is undoubtedly an important component of a Spinning® Ride.

Often its function is not correctly interpreted in the execution of a ride, sometimes its importance is overrated, sometimes underestimated. Certainly, music is a basic tool of the Spinning® program and has to be used to amplify and spread the message and the aim of a ride.

In this workshop we will illustrate how a ride can include different musical genres and launch even diametrically opposite messages while maintaining the same technical profile.

In the ride of this workshop Rodrigo and Francesco will use the basic techniques, Sitting Flat, Running, Sitting Climb, Jumping and Standing Climb for 10 minutes each, using 3 songs of different music genres for each technique.

The mixture and the choice of the tracks should be uniform and develop a smooth ride that suits the planned profile.

La musica è senza dubbio una componente importante di una Spinning® Ride. Spesso però la sua funzione non è interpretata correttamente durante una ride, a volte la sua importanza è sopravvalutata e molte altre volte, invece, è sottovalutata.

Ciò che non cambia è che la musica è uno strumento base necessario del programma Spinning®  da utilizzare per amplificare e diffondere al meglio il messaggio e l’intento di una ride.

In questo workshop illustreremo come una ride possa utilizzare generi musicali anche molto diversi fra loro e dare messaggi anche diametralmente opposti, pur mantenendo lo stesso profilo tecnico.

Nella ride di questo workshop Rodrigo e Francesco utlizzeranno le tecniche di base, Sitting Flat, Running, Sitting Climb, Jumping e Standing Climb per 10 minuti ciascuna, utilizzando 3 brani di generi musicali diversi per ogni tecnica.

La miscela e la scelta dei tracciati dovrebbero essere uniformi e sviluppare un percorso fluido che si adatti al profilo pianificato.

WS 04 - Parameters of Intensity (Lecture) – Martin Timmermann (English)

Every Spinning® class means different populations, different class participants, different wearables and devices, or even no technical support for any intensity control. How can you talk and teach about intensity; what is the best guiding line for a specific Spinning® class? Learn how to use RPE, heart rate, power, time and breathing patterns to estimate the body´s stress and strain, and then how to use those numbers and address them correctly.

Ogni ride di Spinning® significa una popolazione diversa, partecipanti diversi, diversi tipi di dispositivi o, addirittura, nessun supporto tecnico per il controllo dell'intensità. Come si può parlare di intensità e qual è la migliore linea guida per una specifica lezione di Spinning®? Apprendi come utilizzare RPE, frequenza cardiaca, potenza, tempo e respirazione per misurare lo stress e la tensione del corpo, come utilizzare questi numeri e come interpretarli correttamente.

Sometimes the place you are used to is not the place where you belong – are you ready to let go of what no longer helps you grow? The Spinning® bike is the best place to do this, in the company of some of your best friends from around the world by your side. Gear up and buckle up, baby – it’s gonna be a bumpy ride, and we will SWEAT through the fire and heat of tough pedal strokes. This is not your typical morning ride: It’s time to kickstart your heart!

Il Capitano ti invita a percorrere un terreno epico che conquisterai grazie al tuo coraggio e al tuo livello di forma fisica, sospinto da una selezione musicale travolgente! In questa ride avrai quattro opportunità e quattro salite per trovare l’eroe che è dentro di te e in questo impegnativo percorso ti sosterranno quattro superstar musicali, quattro fantastiche band. Sarai accompagnato dai travolgenti dai ritmi della batteria, dalle chitarre, in una fantastica sessione musicale che ti porterà fino in vetta.

The Spinning®️ Program tells of a long love story. Like the one that was once clearly state in black and white.

If you are among the lucky ones to have one delivered, you know what joy there is in receiving something that goes straight to the heart. Think about it. Andrea, Barbara and Francesco thought how a gesture that has now become rare, unique, different and extraordinary such as the leading and original indoor cycling program could represent the perfect metaphor as ending for Amore 2023.
